MARC BOUCHARD
Marc has held executive leadership positions in both the communications and financial industry. He was the COO of fONOROLA, CFO of Bell Nexxia and COO of Teleglobe Communications Corp. He has worked in North America, Europe and Asia either turning around businesses or developing new ones. Prior to joining fONOROLA, Marc was the COO of Lehman Brothers Asia, having spent 14 years with the firm in various capital market capacities.
Marc received a B-Com with First Class Honours from McGill University and is a Chartered Investment Manager.

RICHARD (DICK) BONDY
Dick Bondy is responsible for the Company’s Information Services Blueprint, complete from design, procurement, and deployment/on-going management.
Prior to joining NuvoLinQ, Dick was the Owner and Managing Director of an IT Management Services company for the past 14 years. This included the on-going management of several third-party applications ranging from SAP, HP Service Desk, Infor, Zendesk and Alfresco among others. Previous experience gained at Citrix, Amdocs, ConfigureSoft and Bell Nexxia. Dick has over thirty years of experience in the Communications and Technology Industries. Dick holds an MA in Economics from McMaster University and a BA in Economics from the University of Windsor.

Emma Bomberry is the Director of Corporate Relations responsible for maintaining the overall relationships between NuvoLinQ and their partners. Emma supports the overall NuvoLinQ team by working directly with carrier and software partners to provide a competitive solution for our client base.
Prior to joining NuvoLinQ Emma has over six years of experience in the IoT industry working with partners and direct clients supporting their network requirements. She has built several strong relationships with many carriers providing the company with a strong global network. Emma also has years of experience in direct sales selling networking hardware, telecommunications equipment and other high-technology services and products during her time at Cisco Systems.

Gayle Stewart is Vice President Channel Partnerships. She brings extensive experience and a highly regarded reputation in the Telecoms space.
Gayle has more than 20 years in the Telecommunications industry with a specific focus on IoT for the past 8 years. Gayle brings a broad base of experience gained through her successful efforts in large corporate telecoms such as Roger Communications and Cisco Systems, as well as senior positions in entrepreneurial companies. This allows Gayle to apply her extensive knowledge of Internet of Things (IoT) solutions and data management to the NuvoLinQ team.
She will help lead the expansion of industry specific channels globally to help NuvoLinQ accelerate its global success in delivering world class IoT solutions.

Stefano Sacilotto, Director of Client Operations supports NuvoLinQ's global client base with all technical operational requirements. Having spent the last 6 years in the M2M and IoT space, Stefano manages, monitors, provisions and conducts network testing on all global network connections providing an end-to-end solution ensuring client devices are operational 7/24. His expertise includes migration planning, analyzing data usage and/or statistics in managing customer’s solutions and data spend. Working closely with the IT engineering team he ensures NuvoLinQ’s multi-carrier solution operates smoothly on a proprietary Cloud Network infrastructure.

Craig Young is a 35-year veteran of the telecommunications and data communications industries and has served as the president and vice chairman of AT&T Canada and CEO at MetroNet. He also held executive positions with Brooks Fiber Properties, Ameritech Custom Business Services, U.S. West Communications and Executone Information Systems. He recently retired from MegaPath Corporation where he served as the company’s chairman and CEO.
LESTER FERNANDES
Lester Fernandes is the former CFO of Nuvei Corporation (founded as Paysystems Corporation and later known as Pivotal Payments) which grew significantly through numerous acquisitions. He sits on the boards of a number of technology companies and is an advisor to firms in the artificial intelligence and digital currency space. He is a member of the Association of Financial Professionals, the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) and is an avid supporter of the Kids for Kids Cancer Benefit in support of the Montreal General Hospital.
