FAQ

Click the "Settings" toggle, located at the top right-hand corner of the LINQVIEW screen, . Then click, "Manage Users". This will bring you to the option to "Add User". Complete the user profile form with all required information. Be sure to click the "Generate Password and Reset" option which will automatically send the new user the option to immediately set up their new password. User should receive a LinQView Notification in their email. IF they have not received any, please ask to check the users junk mail.
Under the "Connectivity Management" module, find the SIM you would like to assign a Tag. On the same line as the SIM number and/or ICCID Number, click the arrow sign and select "New Tag". In this view you can also search already existing tags to assign to another SIM. Tags are unlimited.
Using the bar at the top of the "Connectivity Management" module labelled, "Enter a Connection Identifier..." users are able to copy and paste the complete SIM/ICCID number. By placing a Star (*) in the beginning users can search a sequence of numbers in the complete SIM/ICCID Number. An example is the last four digits of the SIM/ICCID Number. Example *1234
At the top of the "Connectivity Management" module to the right side of the search bar, click "Advanced". Scroll down to the Usage tab and click the plus sign (+). Choose the Billing Cycle and click Search. Use the Inventory filters on SIM information to minimize your search results.
