Mori’s extensive background in communications started right after graduation from university. He spent over 20 years with Rogers Wireless and Bell Canada honing his craft in account management and wireless technology. Mori then went on to become CEO of MTrex Network Solutions and grew the company to profitability as he focused on the wireless PoSsegment.
In 2019, he co-founded Nuvolinq with the intent to provide market leading technology solutions to the IoT connectivity space. With a focus on network availability and security, he drives Nuvolinq’s growth through the evolution of the Company’s leading technology platform.
Maurizio (Mori) Tersigni
President & CEO
Mori’s extensive background in communications started right after graduation from university. Prior to joining fONOROLA, Marc was the COO of Lehman Brothers Asia, having spent 14 years with the firm in various capital market capacities.

Craig Young is a 35-year veteran of the telecommunications and data communications industries and has served as the president and vice chairman of AT&T Canada and CEO at MetroNet. He also held executive positions with Brooks Fiber Properties, Ameritech Custom Business Services, U.S. West Communications and Executone Information Systems. He recently retired from MegaPath Corporation where he served as the company’s chairman and CEO.
LESTER FERNANDES
Lester Fernandes is the former CFO of Nuvei Corporation (founded as Paysystems Corporation and later known as Pivotal Payments) which grew significantly through numerous acquisitions. He sits on the boards of a number of technology companies and is an advisor to firms in the artificial intelligence and digital currency space. He is a member of the Association of Financial Professionals, the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) and is an avid supporter of the Kids for Kids Cancer Benefit in support of the Montreal General Hospital.
